Colectia is a collection of hotels and urban accommodation designed for travellers who want to discover the city their own way. Practical, comfortable spaces that are well connected to their surroundings, where every stay becomes a starting point to keep moving, exploring and experiencing the destination.

Because we don’t all travel for the same reasons.

Colectia is designed to make your stay flow effortlessly. We combine strategic locations, functional spaces, contemporary design and practical services with a more flexible and independent way of travelling.

We want you to have everything you need to rest, move around the city and continue your journey at your own pace.

Does Colectia have hotels and other types of accommodation?

Yes. The brand is mainly divided into Colectia Hotels and Colectia Stays.

At Colectia, you’ll find hotels and guesthouses with different features, services and room types, but they all share the same approach to travel: comfort, practicality, versatility and a connection with the destination.

Can I book directly with Colectia?

Yes. You can book directly through the official Colectia website. There you’ll find the available rates for each property, as well as discounts, promotions and special offers when available.

Yurbban Society members enjoy a 10% additional discount when booking through the official website.

Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?

Yes, there are options for storing your luggage at our properties, although the system and availability vary depending on the property.

Some Colectia properties have lockers, while others allow you to leave your luggage at reception during opening hours.

Please check the specific conditions of the property where you’ll be staying.

Do I need a key to enter my room?

At properties that use our digital access system, you don’t need a traditional key. Once you have successfully completed online check-in, you’ll receive access through the Guest App and a PIN code.

This means you can arrive and continue your journey with greater independence.

How does check-in work at Colectia?

At Colectia properties, we use an online check-in process designed to make your arrival easier.

Before your stay, you’ll receive a link to complete guest registration and the necessary steps before arrival. Once your room is ready and check-in time has arrived, the PIN code that gives you access to the property and your room will be activated in the Guest App.

Exact times may vary depending on the property, so we recommend checking the information for your accommodation before travelling.

Do the rooms have private bathrooms?

Yes. All rooms at Colectia properties have a private bathroom.

Room features, size and amenities may vary, so we recommend checking the property page before booking.

Do Colectia properties offer breakfast?

It depends on the property.

Colectia Hotel Urumea, Ondarreta, Parada del Marqués and Santa Lucía offer a continental buffet breakfast, available upon prior reservation, with gluten-free options available.

Other properties do not offer breakfast on site, but they are located close to cafés, restaurants and local breakfast spots.

Do the rooms have air conditioning and heating?

Yes. The rooms have climate control systems to make your stay more comfortable.

The operation and availability of air conditioning or heating may depend on the property and the season.

Does Colectia have a reception desk?

It depends on the property.

Colectia Stays Pau Claris, Colectia Stays Atocha, Colectia Stays Gran Vía, Colectia Hotel Urumea, Colectia Hotel Santa Lucía and Colectia Hotel Parada del Marqués have an on-site reception desk during specific opening hours.

Colectia Hotel Ondarreta operates without a physical reception desk and offers remote assistance.

Is free Wi-Fi available at Colectia properties?

Yes. Colectia properties offer free Wi-Fi for guests.

Is parking available at Colectia?

Parking options vary depending on the destination.

Colectia Hotel Urumea has private parking in the building, subject to availability and advance reservation.

Yes. Children can stay at Colectia, provided the maximum occupancy of each room is respected.

We also offer complimentary cots for babies aged 0 to 2, subject to availability. We recommend requesting one from the property in advance.

Yes. You’ll find a variety of double rooms in Barcelona, Madrid, Seville and San Sebastián, ranging from compact options for travellers who prioritise location to larger rooms, exterior-facing rooms or rooms with balconies, depending on the property.

Does Colectia have rooms for families?

Yes. Some properties have rooms suitable for families or small groups.

For example, Colectia Stays Pau Claris has a Friends & Family Room that can accommodate up to four guests, while other properties offer triple rooms or rooms with sofa beds.

Maximum occupancy always depends on the room type.

Does Colectia have accessible accommodation for guests with reduced mobility?

Yes, although accessibility varies depending on the property.

Colectia Stays Gran Vía, in Madrid, has a fully accessible room, and the building is suitable for wheelchair users and guests with reduced mobility.

Colectia Hotel Urumea, in San Sebastián, also has an accessible room and a lift.

Other properties in the collection have accessibility limitations, so we recommend checking the specific information before booking.

Does Colectia allow pets?

It depends on the property.

Colectia Hotel Ondarreta and Colectia Hotel Urumea, in San Sebastián, welcome dogs weighing up to 15 kg, with a €10 supplement per stay. A pet bed and bowls can also be provided upon request and subject to availability.

Colectia Stays Pau Claris, Colectia Stays Atocha and Colectia Stays Gran Vía do not allow pets.

Certified assistance animals are welcome.

Yes. One of Colectia’s key principles is being connected to the local surroundings and making it easy for you to move around the destination.

Our properties are located in areas where many of the main attractions in Barcelona, Madrid, Seville and San Sebastián can be reached on foot or by public transport.

We choose locations that make it easy to discover each destination.

Barcelona: Colectia Stays Pau Claris is located in the Eixample district, close to Plaça Catalunya, Passeig de Gràcia and the historic city centre.

Madrid: Colectia Stays Gran Vía is located right on Gran Vía, while Colectia Stays Atocha is next to the Art Walk and close to Atocha station.

Seville: Colectia Hotel Parada del Marqués and Colectia Hotel Santa Lucía are located in the historic centre and old town, making it easy to explore every corner of the city.

San Sebastián: Colectia Hotel Ondarreta is located in the Antiguo neighbourhood, close to Ondarreta Beach, while Colectia Hotel Urumea is located next to the Urumea River and within easy reach of the city centre.

You can currently find Colectia properties in Barcelona, Madrid, Seville and San Sebastián.

In Barcelona, Colectia Stays Pau Claris is located in the heart of the Eixample district, very close to Plaça Catalunya, Passeig de Gràcia and the historic city centre.

In Madrid, Colectia has Colectia Stays Gran Vía, at Gran Vía 15, and Colectia Stays Atocha, close to Atocha station and the Art Walk.

In Seville, you can stay at Colectia Hotel Parada del Marqués, in Seville’s historic centre, or at Colectia Hotel Santa Lucía in the old town.

In San Sebastián, you can stay at Colectia Hotel Ondarreta, just a few minutes’ walk from Ondarreta Beach, or at Colectia Hotel Urumea, next to the Urumea River.
